Pomegranate and orange give this gin a bright, fruity start. Underneath, cinnamon, nutmeg and pink pepper add a gentle warmth, and juniper keeps it unmistakably gin.

about the gin

It’s distilled in small batches on Bornholm and bottled by hand with a wooden-topped cork and a seal over the top. We wrap it in light tissue paper before it leaves.

Drink it with tonic, orange and a few pomegranate seeds, or over ice on its own.
