about the gin

Distilled in small batches on Bornholm, the granite island in the Baltic, and closed with a wooden-topped cork and a seal over the top.

Pour it with tonic, orange and a few pomegranate seeds, or over ice on its own. However you drink it: here’s to the wild ones.
